PRICING
Our hourly and financial advisory fees are as detailed in our GSA schedule contract. In addition, we offer our clients development management services on a success fee basis with fees computed as a function of the development budget. Development management fees are as follows.

| $20 million to $100 million | 4.5% | |
| $100 million to $300 million | 4.0% | |
| $300 million to $500 million | 3.5% | |
| Over $500 million | 3 .0% |
Similarly, real estate advisory services related to a specific transaction can, at the client's option, be structured on a success fee basis as a function of the project scale and term.
Fees are as follows:

| Over 100,000 square feet or a term over 10 years | 2.0% |
